Role Overview
Sodexo Live! Airline Lounge Segmentis seeking aHuman Resource Specialist to join our team in the American Express Centurion Lounge at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, GA. This role supports a dynamic food & beverage operation within a premium airport lounge environment, delivering best-in-class HR support aligned to our elevated guest and employee experience. This position blends hands-on In-unit HR with Generalist-level responsibilities, including employee relations, compliance, engagement, and partnership with operations leadership.
This is a hourly position, with 40 hours a week, benefits, paid vacation, and more!
What You'll Do
Onboarding, Compliance & HR Operations
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Manage onboarding lifecycle
- Ensure E-Verify/ I-9 compliance
- Assist with ADP/EV4 data input an/or EDM input
- Support direct deposit, benefits, and ESS setup
- Maintain employee records and audits
Airport Badging
- Support airport badging process for new hires and renewals
- Partner with operations and badging specialist
Recruitment
- Partner with recruitment for hiring, and candidate engagement
- Represent Sodexo as an employer of choice
Employee Relations & Generalist Support
- Handle employee relations concerns
- Support investigations,HR escalation to Sr.HRM and/or PeopleCenter and documentation
- Coach managers on performance and discipline
- First point of contact for all HR related concerns
Performance & Engagement
- Support performance reviews
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives
Administrative Support
- Support HR projects and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with policies and laws
