Job Title: Aircraft Structural Mechanic

About the OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Aircraft Structural Mechanics to support classified heavy modification programs on fixed‑wing military aircraft in Colorado Springs. This long‑term role focuses on complex structural and sheet metal modifications on C‑130 and KC‑135 airframes, performed in a climate‑controlled, FAA‑regulated hangar.
This position offers stable, ongoing work supporting mission‑critical defense programs, with the potential to transition into a direct role based on performance and program needs.
Compensation, Per Diem & Start TimelineWork is performed in a climate‑controlled, FAA‑regulated hangar dedicated to classified military aircraft modification programs. Schedules typically follow four 10‑hour shifts, with both first and second shift operations. Most teams are on day shift, but flexibility to support second shift is required. Overtime may be available based on program needs but is not guaranteed. The environment emphasizes strict tool control, organization, safety, and compliance with security protocols.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $43.00/hr.
