Location: Opa-locka, FL

Work Model: On-site

Schedule: Rotational shift (4 days on / shared coverage)

Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Aircraft Dispatcher & Flight Operations Specialist (Crew Scheduling & Client Services) to join a fast-paced aviation operations control environment. This role is responsible for supporting flight dispatch, managing full crew scheduling, and coordinating client services to ensure seamless trip execution.

You will serve as a key operational link between flight crews, maintenance, and clients — ensuring safety, efficiency, and high service standards at all times. This role requires strong attention to detail, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.


Key Responsibilities

Flight Dispatch & Operations Coordination

  • Support flight dispatch activities, including operational coordination and flight following
  • Assist with real-time monitoring of flights and operational status
  • Coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Crew Scheduling

  • Maintain full responsibility for crew scheduling across assigned operations
  • Ensure compliance with FAA duty, rest, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage schedule changes, coverage gaps, and last-minute adjustments

Client Services & Trip Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for client trip coordination and updates
  • Communicate professionally and proactively regarding trip details and changes
  • Support a high level of service consistent with private aviation standards

Operational Monitoring & Problem Solving

  • Monitor daily operations in real time and respond to issues as they arise
  • Identify and resolve operational conflicts quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate and organized operational records


Required Qualifications

  • FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (Dispatch School Graduate) — required
  • Ability to work on-site at Opa-locka Airport
  • Willingness to work a rotational schedule, including extended and non-standard hours
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform effectively under time pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or crew scheduling
  • Familiarity with private aviation or charter operations environments
