Air Gun Service Tech - Training Provided

A well-established international air gun company with a location in Rancho Santa Margarita is seeking a Service Technician to join their team. We're looking for individuals that have experience with hand and power tools, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting. Complete training on air gun service and maintenance will be provided. There is also an opportunity for growth within the company. The hours are weekdays from 7AM to 4PM. This is a temp to hire position with starting pay at $24/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer issues promptly and professionally
• Diagnose problems using appropriate tools and procedures
• Follow detailed repair protocols and provided guidelines
• Conduct comprehensive testing of products after repairs
• Document all issues, diagnostics, and repair actions accurately
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and staff
• Contribute to a positive and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to submit to a background check (*company will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the law)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
