Job Summary
We are seeking an AI QE Architect to act as a strategic AI Change Agent, driving the transformation from traditional Quality Engineering to an AI-powered ecosystem. This role involves defining strategy, implementing high-impact AI use cases, and modernizing QE practices using Generative AI and Agentic frameworks.
A key requirement is strong hands-on experience with Claude Code, as it is central to the client’s environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Assessment:
- Evaluate existing QE tools, frameworks, and processes; define and lead an AI-driven QE transformation roadmap
- AI Implementation:Autonomous test case & script generation using LLMs
- Self-healing test automation frameworks
- Intelligent defect prediction & automated triaging
- AI-driven synthetic test data generation
- Ecosystem Modernization:
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Tooling & Innovation:
- Evaluate next-gen QE tools, build POCs, and develop reusable accelerators
- Leadership (Player-Coach):
- Provide hands-on technical leadership while driving architecture and execution
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business and engineering leaders to communicate AI-driven value and progress
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–14 years in QE / SDET with enterprise-scale transformation experience
- Strong expertise in Agentic AI & Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Cursor)
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code
- Deep understanding of LLMs and multi-agent systems in QE
- Experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress
- Strong knowledge of API testing, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
- Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Ability to build and scale POCs into production solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
