Role Overview

As the AI Industry Ecosystem Manager, you will be the primary architect of Ant International’s strategic footprint within the global AI landscape. You will not just manage accounts; you will build a community. Your goal is to position Antom as the "preferred financial infrastructure partner" for the AI era by cultivating high-value relationships with venture capital firms, AI labs, industry associations, and technology integrators.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and build long-term alliances with non-merchant stakeholders, including AI-focused VCs, startup accelerators (e.g., YC, Sequoia), and cloud service providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent Ant International at top-tier AI conferences and forums. You will be responsible for articulating our vision for "Agentic Commerce" and how our techfin platform empowers AI-native business models.
  • Referral & Channel Management: Design and implement "partner-to-merchant" programs where ecosystem partners recommend Antom’s payment solutions to their portfolio companies.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as an internal "radar" for the AI industry. Translate emerging trends (e.g., decentralized AI, autonomous agents) into actionable insights for the Product and BD teams.
  • Event Strategy: Lead the execution of Ant-hosted executive roundtables, developer workshops, and networking events designed to bring together the brightest minds in AI and Fintech.


Key Qualifications

  • Network Depth: 6+ years of experience in Ecosystem Management, Community Building, or Strategic Partnerships within the technology sector. Deep existing connections in the US or Global AI startup ecosystem are required.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the AI value chain—from compute and foundational models to application layers and agentic workflows.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders across different time zones and cultural contexts to support ecosystem initiatives.
  • Communication Mastery: You are as comfortable pitching to a VC General Partner as you are explaining payment APIs to a technical founder.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree or above in Business, Tech, or a related field.
