AI Implementation Strategist

Dizario Search is partnering on a unique opportunity for an AI Enablement Lead—a highly visible role focused on driving real, practical AI adoption across an organization. This position sits at the intersection of business and technology, where you’d work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, lead pilot initiatives, and help scale solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Educate leadership and business units on practical AI opportunities.
• Lead internal workshops, demonstrations, and case studies focused in the implementation of AI.
• Identify AI use cases across divisions.
• Guide projects from start to finish, focused in the deployment of AI and the positive impact it will have on departmental success.
• Partner closely with cybersecurity leadership to ensure AI adoption follows all cybersecurity protocols. Ensuring the safe usage of AI tools for internal employees.
• Support executive‑level reporting on AI initiatives and various risks associated with AI tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related technical or business discipline.
• 7 (+) years of experience in technology, digital transformation, analytics, innovation leadership, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience implementing practical AI solutions or advanced analytics in a business environment.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tools including LLMs, AI copilots, automation platforms, and data‑driven decision tools.
• Previous experience in the testing or manufacturing industries is preferred but, not required for this role.
