What You'll Do

ThisAI Factory Enablement Internsupports the BCG Chief ProductOfficer (CPO) inincubating and scaling Practice Area offerings, as well as inestablishingthe BCG AI Factory. The position works in close collaboration with the CPO, Portfolio Strategy Lead, and AI Factory Lead.

The BCG AI Factory is a world-class product engineering organization responsible for building andmaintainingAI-powered tools, agentic workflows, digital solutions, and shared platforms. The role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the firm’s future at the forefront of this transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Note: Given the fast-paced and agile nature of the work, priority initiatives, deliverables, and milestones are subject to change.

  • Own and drive execution of priority initiatives under the CPO agenda, including:
  • Third-party data governance standardization
  • Codification of best practices for agentic builds
  • Automation of asset performance monitoring
  • Capacity management automation
  • Scaling of platforms and digital solutions
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders (CPO, Portfolio Strategy Lead, AI Factory Lead) to align on priorities, roadmap, and delivery
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuringtimelyand high-quality execution
  • Contribute to the setup and evolution of the AI Factory operating model, processes, and governance

You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office. As a member of that office, it is expected you will be in the office as directed. This role puts you on an accelerated path of personal and professional growth and development and so, at times, requires extended working hours.

The first year base compensation for this role as a full-time employee is:

Junior Analyst: $75,800
