Pay: $166,400 - $176,800 Per Year

A rapidly growing AI consulting team is building a GenAI incubator focused on greenfield product development. This group operates like a startup within a larger organization—designed to experiment, prototype, and bring industry-ready GenAI solutions to market.

This role is best suited for hands-on GenAI builders who enjoy working close to customers, shaping early-stage AI products, and turning ideas into scalable, real-world solutions.

Role Overview

This position blends engineering, research, and architecture, with a strong emphasis on execution. The work is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and customer-facing.

• 60% Hands-on Engineering
• Build production-grade AI/ML pipelines, agentic solutions, and reusable GenAI frameworks.
• 20% Research
• Explore emerging GenAI technologies and assess feasibility for real-world use cases.
• 20% Architecture & Strategy
• Design scalable solutions that can evolve from a single client use case into reusable products.

This is a 100% client-facing role. The engineer will serve as a technical point of contact in customer discussions, co-develop alongside client engineering teams, and continuously refine solutions based on real-time feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, with recent hands-on experience in Generative AI
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype and deliver functional AI MVPs
• Experience translating abstract requirements into working software
• Strong background integrating AI models into business workflows
• Comfortable owning solutions end-to-end—from idea to delivery

Success in this role also depends heavily on mindset and communication style. Ideal candidates are adaptable, creative, curious, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. This team values entrepreneurial thinking, emotional intelligence, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
