Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI & Systems Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of business systems and artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role will identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies, streamline operational processes, manage system integrations, and drive organizational efficiency through technology adoption.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment and can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and practical business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage AI solutions to improve business operations.
  • Evaluate, optimize, and automate workflows and processes.
  • Manage the implementation of AI across Microsoft 365 systems, including Excel and other application integrations.
  • Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Train and support staff on AI tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Lead multiple projects and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in business operations, systems administration, or a related role.
  • Proven experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI platforms, automation, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; SharePoint and Power Automate experience preferred.
  • Experience creating SOPs, workflow documentation, and employee training materials.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools and system integrations preferred.
