Overview
We’re looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to own the mid‑tier/business services layer of our Enterprise Data & AI Platform. This role blends deep hands‑on engineering with architectural leadership, building the services, integrations, and UI experiences that power AI capabilities across the bank.
Responsibilities
- Own and build the platform’s service layer: microservices, APIs, orchestration, workflow backends, and shared business services
- Develop AI-powered solutions (RAG, agents, document intelligence, workflow automation) using Python + modern AI frameworks
- Build React-based portals and internal tools for business users
- Deploy and operate workloads on AWS (ECS/EKS, EC2, Fargate, API Gateway, VPC, security patterns)
- Integrate with internal/external systems using robust API patterns (retries, idempotency, rate limiting, circuit breakers)
- Implement secure AuthN/AuthZ (OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, RBAC, secrets mgmt)
- Enable governed access to Snowflake/warehouse environments and build data-driven features
- Own CI/CD, testing, observability, performance, and production readiness
Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering with ownership of production systems
- Recent hands-on experience building GenAI/Agentic AI solutions (LangChain/LangGraph, Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex, RAG)
- Strong backend engineering in Python (FastAPI preferred)
- Strong React front-end experience
- Deep AWS experience with containers, networking, and security
- Experience building portals and integrating with multiple APIs
- Solid understanding of AuthN/AuthZ, secure coding, and CI/CD
- Financial services experience is a plus
