We are looking for a professional like you to act as the face to BASF field staff, to the marketplace and to key industry stakeholders or trade organizations. In this role, you will have responsibility for leading the retail and grower focused resources within their geography, inclusive of managing both direct reports and influencing indirect reports. You will also be responsible for the defined financial performance in your assigned district.
You will need to reside in Boise, ID, Spokane, WA or Tri-Cities, WA or be able to relocate to this general area.

Pay transparency
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $129,760 - $178,420. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
