We are an internationally recognised, award-winning aesthetics training academy seeking an experienced Aesthetic Trainer / Educator to support our growing training faculty in Las Vegas.
This is a part-time, ad hoc role for an experienced medical injector who is confident delivering high-level, hands-on training in Botox and dermal fillers to licensed medical professionals.
Our academy is known for small-group training, live model experience, strong clinical standards, and a supportive learning environment. We deliver structured, practical training designed to help delegates build safe injecting skills, sound clinical judgement, and confidence in aesthetic practice.
The Role
You will deliver practical training in:
- Botulinum Toxin for upper and lower face treatments
- Dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, nasolabial folds, and other core treatment areas
- Facial anatomy and complication awareness
- Patient assessment, consultation, and treatment planning
- Safe injection techniques using both needle and cannula where appropriate
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience delivering Botox and dermal filler treatments
- Confident treating full face with both needle and cannula techniques
- Active professional licence in good standing
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, and safe injection protocols
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident teaching or presenting in front of small groups
- Able to work within the legal and professional scope of practice in New York
Desirable
- Previous training, teaching, or mentoring experience
- Experience supporting the management of complications
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with skin rejuvenation treatments such as skin boosters, polynucleotides, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP, or exosomes
