We are seeking a talented and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing team. Role Description

  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other advanced injectables
  • Conduct thorough facial assessments and develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, contraindications, and long-term aesthetic planning
  • Ensure patient safety by monitoring for adverse reactions or complications during and after treatment
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant medical documentation
  • Build long-term client relationships through follow-up, consistency, and elevated patient care
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and continuing education to refine skill and technique
  • Ensure all treatments follow safety, sterilization, and clinical best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Director, Senior Aesthetic Nurse Injector, and med spa team to maintain excellent client outcomes and an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Virginia
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting
  • Skilled in performing cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and facial aesthetics
  • Passionate about skincare science and delivering natural, elevated results
  • Strong in communication, able to build trust and guide clients through their aesthetic journey
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, clinical environment
  • Meticulous with documentation, details, and safety protocols
  • Ability to uphold HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality, and safety protocols at all times
  • Comfortable with Saturday availability
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
