Overview
A warm, detail-oriented family in Lake Forest is seeking a professional, proactive part-time housekeeper to support the daily upkeep of their beautifully maintained 8,300-sq.-ft. home. This is a long-term opportunity for a candidate who takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and well-functioning household environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-charge housekeeping focused primarily on the main living areas (first floor):
- Daily kitchen cleaning and maintenance
- Laundry and linen care (including bedding changes)
- Bathroom cleaning and sanitization
- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Occasional light cleaning of the basement (dusting and vacuuming as needed)
- Monthly or periodic deep cleaning projects
- Maintaining an already clean and orderly home to a high standard
- Flexibility to assist with additional tasks as needed
Future Scope (Upon Arrival of Twins)
- Increased focus on:
- Nursery and playroom upkeep
- Laundry and linen care for infants
- Maintaining clean and sanitized environments for newborns
- Use of green and specific cleaning products (including designated soaps and detergents)
