Advanced Quality Inspector
Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Estimated: $25.93 - $30.93/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming/receiving inspection of parts, materials, and assemblies
- Inspect electronic and mechanical components for compliance with specifications and workmanship standards
- Conduct real-time defect identification and evaluation
- Prepare and maintain quality assurance (QA) documentation
- Verify corrective actions and rework have been properly implemented
- Set up and execute basic electronic and mechanical test configurations
- Ensure compliance with ESD controls, GD&T, and process control standards
- Interface with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science preferred)
- Minimum 4+ years of quality inspection experience in electronics or manufacturing environments
- Experience with incoming/receiving inspection processes
- Knowledge of electrical theory and electronic assemblies
- Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control practices
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality methodologies
- Ability to set up electronic and/or mechanical test configurations
