Job Title: Urgent Orthopedics

Location: York, PA

Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Champion:

• Full‑time position: 35 clinical hours per week, with rotating weekends and holiday call; clinic closed on all major holidays
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Urgent Orthopedics Walk‑In Clinic, providing care to pediatric and adult patients
• Team‑based care model with two providers scheduled per shift to support exceptional patient care and efficient workflow
• Minimum of two (2) years of orthopedic experience required
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urgent orthopedic conditions, including sprains, fractures, dislocations, and acute joint injuries
• Perform orthopedic procedures such as splinting, casting, and immobilization for acute musculoskeletal injuries
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary clinical staff to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care
• Background in orthopedics, urgent care, emergency medicine, or trauma strongly preferred
