What We’re Looking For
  • Graduation from a state-certified advanced practice program

  • Unrestricted APRN or PA license

  • Unrestricted DEA registration

  • State-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)

  • Registration with the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
