Job Title: Pediatric Hospitalist

What You’ll Champion:

• Hiring a Part‑Time Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join WellSpan York Hospital, supporting Inpatient Pediatrics and/or the Newborn Nursery
• 20 hours per week (part‑time) with flexible shift options based on interest and clinical focus
• Level I Newborn Nursery managing newborns ≥22 weeks, with on‑site support from a Level III NICU
• Newborn Nursery role includes in‑house, daytime coverage only with 9‑hour shifts (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
• Inpatient Pediatrics role includes coverage of a 9‑bed pediatric inpatient unit
• Provide acute and intermediate‑level pediatric care, including Emergency Department consultations
• Inpatient pediatric shifts available include 12‑hour day shifts (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and 24‑hour shifts (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.)
• Work within a collaborative, physician‑led pediatric hospital medicine team in a supportive academic‑style environment
