What You’ll Champion:

• Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) – Adult‑Gerontology NP (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours supporting strong work–life balance
• Shared call rotation with provider team:
  • One weekday night per week
  • Every sixth weekend
• Practice located at Genesis Inners Creek, a 202‑bed skilled nursing facility in Dallastown, PA
• Currently supports 110 WellSpan patients (short‑term rehab & long‑term care)
• Join an established, collaborative care team:
  • 2 Physicians
  • 3 Nurse Practitioners
• Provide clinical directorship and comprehensive clinical services in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Ideal role for NPs interested in long‑term care, rehabilitation medicine, geriatric care, and complex adult medicine
• Deliver primary care, chronic disease management, and patient‑centered care to adult and geriatric populations
• APP plays a key role in daily patient management, regulatory compliance, timely assessments, and continuity of care
