What you can expect at your practice:

• Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our geriatric population in Lebanon, PA.
• Full-time, Monday – Friday; 1:6 call rotation.
• Provide direct patient care in multiple facilities across the aging continuum in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Nursing Homes.
• Ability to work independently with the support of collaborative Physician and office team.
• Background in critical care or med/surg setting preferred
