Advanced Practice Clinician (PMHNP) - Behavioral Health

Kittitas Valley Healthcare is seeking a collaborative and mission-driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team in Ellensburg, Washington. This role is grounded in the University of Washington AIMS Model, delivering evidence-based, psychiatric care within primary care.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, as part of the primary care treatment team, identifies, triages and manages patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the collaborative primary care setting. 

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Current ARNP licensure in Washington State
• PMHNP certification

Wage: Wage ranges between $142,878-$170,189 with Individual/Team Productivity Incentives, Individual/Team Patient Satisfaction Incentives and Retention bonuses. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
