Key Responsibilities
• Manage full B2C sales cycle
• Consult homeowners on needs, budget, and design
• Present pricing, timelines, and customization options
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts
• Meet revenue targets
Qualifications
• 5+ years B2C sales experience
• High-ticket or consultative sales background
• Strong communication and closing skills
• CRM experience
• Real estate or housing experience a plus
