Position Summary: This position’s primary responsibility is providing general administrative and clerical support to the St. Louis Region programs.
Working Conditions:Works in a typical office setting; St. Louis Region has 2 area offices and this position has the potential of working from both offices. Occasionally drives an automobile (own vehicle or agency vehicle) to conduct agency business; must have reliable transportation.
Essential Job Functions:
Requirements
High school diploma: vocational and/or some college work preferred. Prefer minimum of one (1) year prior experience performing similar job tasks. Upon employment, must pursue continuing education and/or in-service training required for this position. Notary public certification is preferred but not required.
Other Requirements: Must hold a valid driver’s license, have and maintain a risk-free driving record. Must be willing to undergo initial and periodic child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and childcare/elder care disqualification list screenings. As requested, must submit fingerprints for review by the state of your employment and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Must undergo a pre-employment drug screen and a pre-employment physical with the results showing no evidence of communicable disease.
