Administrative Support Specialist

Onsite | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to internal teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to assigned work groups, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and visitors—screening and directing as appropriate
  • Arrange business travel, including accommodations and itineraries
  • Track and manage expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of administrative support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently within established procedures with moderate supervision
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Non-exempt position
  • Onsite role with standard daytime hours
