The Administrative Specialist manages front desk activities, maintains databases and operational records, coordinates training and travel logistics, and prepares reports for district leadership. The role involves frequent interaction with both internal personnel and the public, requiring professionalism, clear communication, and strong customer service skills. Because the position routinely handles confidential and law-enforcement-sensitive information, discretion, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail are imperative. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and administrative capabilities, proficiency with office systems and data management tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D and 2 years of experience providing administrative support services and coordination.
