We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to manage the administrative and financial operations of our transportation terminal in Laredo, Texas.
This position will play an important role in overseeing terminal administration, supporting accounting activities, performing financial analysis, and assisting management with operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the Laredo terminal
- Monitor and manage operational expenses
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
- Assist with accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for management
- Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Compare vendors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
- Coordinate with service providers and external accountants when needed
Qualifications
- Experience in administration, accounting, finance, or operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with financial data and reports
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
