Administrative Manager reporting to EVP CIO - Digital and Technology Partners, Req#2839674
This position is hybrid 2 days onsite weekly. Must be able to work at the corporate office or main hospital campus locations.
The Administrative Manager is responsible for the executive support of the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Dean for Digital and IT. This role performs diversified administrative tasks and special assignments while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative. The Administrative Manager needs to be highly responsive to the CIO and will be proactive about anticipating and addressing challenges. Key responsibilities include the successful coordination and management of the CIO's calendar, corporate card, and travel arrangements. This candidate will also assist with department level initiatives including events, communications, tracking of key initiatives, and other activities as directed by the CIO. This role will work closely with the CIO's Chief of Staff to support executive level presentations, executive communications, and other initiatives. The Administrative Manager will also have the responsibility of overseeing all administrative staff within the Digital and Technology Partners organization and managing a direct report to help support the CIO's calendar and administrative activities.

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $58,661.00 - $146,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
