Job Description
The Administrative Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations through administrative coordination, logistics support, and office management. This position serves as a central point of support for leadership, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and general office operations. The role is part‑time with flexible scheduling and offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Work Environment
The work environment is a small, family-oriented office, allowing for direct interaction with the owner and other team members. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule of 20-30 hours per week, ideally from mid-morning to afternoon. The company fosters a supportive and growth-oriented culture.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
