We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator 1/2/3 to become part of a dedicated team supporting public safety,working at a State Police Troopwhere professionalism, resilience, and teamwork are essential.

Job Duties:

As an Administrative Coordinator 1/2/3, you'll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will:

  • Receive and process Tickets, DWIs, arrest reports
  • Receive, process, and forward incoming crime lab reports
  • Process incoming supplement statements from Troopers
  • Process crash report requests
  • Maintain and update the paper files kept on hand
  • Manage and process incoming public records requests and disseminate appropriately

Position-Specific Details:

Appointment Type: Probational, Job Appointment, or Promotion

Career Progression: This position does participates in a Career Progression Group Administrative Coordinator 1/2/3 .

Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
