Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Salisbury, NC. The Administrative Assistant will perform daily clerical tasks, manage communication tasks such as handling phone calls and correspondence, and provide executive-level administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, managing records, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations to support organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, including organizing records and managing schedules
  • Exceptional Phone Etiquette and professional Communication capabilities for managing correspondence
  • Experience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance and high-level support for operations
  • Proficiency with office tools and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Familiarity with nonprofit or human services environments is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in administrative tasks is beneficial
