Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient with Excel (formulas and filters)
  • Documenting/reporting/filing
  • Inbound & outbound call/email experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma/GED


Job Description:


· Assisting with completing payroll forms

· Assisting with travel documents

· Completing Harmony assessments (entering vendor payment information)

· Completing client searches in computer system

· Filing documents & managing mail delivery/pick-up

· Maintaining excel spreadsheets

· Ordering office supplies

· Pulling SafeMeasures data

· Requesting and opening volume II case records

· Requesting clients’ medical records and progress reports

· Sending introduction letter to clients

· Sending calendar reminders
