Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an administrative assistant who can work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from bookkeeping, social media marketing, content creation, reporting, and various admin duties. You must have a strong attention to detail, be reliable and hardworking, with excellent communication skills. This can be a full or part-time role.


  • Assist with Onboarding
  • Maintain Social Media accounts; create marketing content and collateral
  • Assist with internal recruiting and sourcing
  • Run and edit reports in MS Excel pulled from various tools
  • Provides support to and anticipates needs of executive staff
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
  • Research and gather information to assist other staff members
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, so they remain updated and easily accessible

  • Familiarity with office procedures
