We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support leadership and daily operations within a fast-paced healthcare clinic. This role is essential to ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination while supporting patient-centered services in an integrated care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership (CEO, CMO, COO, CFO) and clinic staff
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
- Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and produce internal and external documents
- Record and transcribe meeting minutes, including board and committee meetings
- Communicate with external vendors and coordinate supply orders
- Greet visitors, patients, and callers while delivering professional customer service
- Direct inquiries and provide accurate information about services and clinic operations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Office tools
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and data entry
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives in a healthcare or clinic setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with underserved or diverse populations
- Knowledge of community resources
- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing supply orders
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
