Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support leadership and daily operations within a fast-paced healthcare clinic. This role is essential to ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination while supporting patient-centered services in an integrated care environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership (CEO, CMO, COO, CFO) and clinic staff
  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and produce internal and external documents
  • Record and transcribe meeting minutes, including board and committee meetings
  • Communicate with external vendors and coordinate supply orders
  • Greet visitors, patients, and callers while delivering professional customer service
  • Direct inquiries and provide accurate information about services and clinic operations
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Office tools


Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and data entry
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives in a healthcare or clinic setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with underserved or diverse populations
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and managing supply orders


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Location: On-Site
