Position Overview:

This role is ideal for someone organized, flexible, and proactive. You’ll assist with a mix of administrative, operational, and personal support tasks to help keep day-to-day activities running smoothly during a high-demand period.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Support:

  • Assist with scheduling, email management, and client communication
  • Help coordinate event details
  • Organize files, documents, and internal systems
  • Support inventory tracking and light operational tasks
  • Assist with social media posts or marketing updates (if applicable)

Personal Assistance:

  • Run occasional errands
  • Help manage calendar appointments
  • Assist with personal organization and miscellaneous tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable handling both professional and personal tasks with discretion
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Schedule & Compensation:
