Due to growth we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Peer Review Practice, based in our Providence or Boston office. This is a full-time, in-office position.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track peer review engagements, including deadlines, workflow status, required documentation, and follow-up items
  • Serve as an administrative point of contact for peer review clients and prospects, providing updates, reminders, and general support throughout the review process
  • Prepare and process engagement-related documents, including quotes, engagement letters, invoices, correspondence, and final review packages
  • Schedule and coordinate peer review activities with clients, reviewers, and internal team members to ensure timely completion of engagements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within firm databases and peer review systems, including status updates, approvals, extensions, and compliance-related information
  • Support peer review marketing and business development efforts by maintaining prospect databases, coordinating communications, and assisting with outreach activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Audit team, including managing confirmations, engagement letters, report formatting, data entry, and document coordination
  • Review, organize, and prepare client deliverables, reports, and supporting documentation while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm standards
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, or professional services support experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a CPA firm, accounting environment, or other professional services setting is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong client service orientation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with database management, document tracking systems, or CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment

Pay Range:

The hourly pay for this position is included below. Individual rates within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.


$24.00 to $32.00 per hour
