Tax Administrative Coordinator (Onsite)



Overvie

wWe are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Administrative Coordinator to support tax operations within a professional services environment. This role will focus on executing tax administration processes, maintaining compliance with tax standards, and supporting internal teams with tools, reporting, and process improvements


.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute tax administration processes under the direction of the Tax Administration Manager
  • Support tax software, tools, and applications used across the organization
  • Assist with implementation and enforcement of tax standards and procedures
  • Provide training support to administrative and tax professionals on key processes
  • Monitor adherence to tax compliance procedures and identify gaps
  • Identify process and system issues, recommending improvements and solutio
  • Generate reports and perform basic data analysis to support tax operations
  • Collaborate with local tax and administrative teams to build strong working relationships
  • Provide general office/market support and assist with additional administrative duties


What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of tax administration experience, preferably within a professional services or accounting firm environment
  • Strong working knowledge of tax processes, deadlines, and related documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to support reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems or similar enterprise tools (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse tems
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
