Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our recruiting team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and communicates effectively in both English and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to recruiters and leadership team

• Manage calendars, schedule interviews, and coordinate meetings

• Communicate with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish

• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases

• Assist with job postings, candidate tracking, and onboarding coordination

• Handle email correspondence and general administrative tasks

• Support special projects and team initiatives as needed


Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required

• 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
