Position: Temp Valuation Coordinator (Post-Closing Analyst)

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite Mon-Thurs, Fri WFH)

Pay Rate: $30-45/hour based on experience

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Duration: Temp indefinite (1-3 months)

Position Summary: Our client is looking for a Valuation Coordinator to help facilitate the operational flow of property appraisal orders, communicate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure data is tracked and processed accurately for the post-closing mortgage team.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Track and manage property valuation orders from submission through completion
• Confirm orders are accurate and coordinate with internal teams to avoid duplication
• Communicate with external vendors and appraisal companies to monitor order status and follow up as needed
• Review and route appraisal reports and supporting loan documents to the appropriate parties
• Maintain data accuracy across loan files and valuation records
• Support post-closing processes including loan document review and coordination with escrow, title, and deal teams
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and quality control of financial records

Qualifications

• Background in real estate, mortgage lending, or a related field strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with data, loan files, and financial documents
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills — both written and over the phone
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRMs in real estate
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with appraisal or valuation processes (BPOs, 1004s, 1025s, AMCs)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or loan origination/post-closing platforms
• Exposure to capital markets, underwriting, or asset management workflows
