Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendar and schedule; coordinate client meetings and conference calls
• Coordinate domestic and international travel
• Draft and review proposals, presentations and meeting materials
• Screen and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence
• Liaise with clients and multiple levels of staff and management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of administrative experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
• Proactive with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to 'go the extra mile'
• Positive, personable and engaging
• Flexible and resourceful, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities
