Job Description: Responsible for administrative services for the executive management team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for company-wide mail distribution.
  • Responsible for inventory of company promotional items. Procure and distribute promotional products.
  • Arrange travel accommodations (hotel and rental car, both local and out of town) for executive staff and support team.
  • Run local errands (local purchases, lunch for meetings, post office runs, etc.). Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Organize and execute company events. (Contest, drawings, customer events, cookouts, group photos, holiday cards, holiday events, etc.)
  • Organize meeting planning and setup. (Drinks, snacks, condiments, lunch, room reservation, signage, etc.)
  • Organize employee morale events.
  • Develop and display internal event communication models. (Signs, posters, banners, emails, announcements).
  • Serve as research assistant on specialty projects.
  • Contract and maintain water coolers and vending machines.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see the programs through to completion.
  • Collect suggestions from the employee suggestion boxes in our locations.
  • Process invoices and payment requests.
  • Daily replenishment of snacks and drinks in conference rooms.
  • Responsible for storage room organization.
  • Assist with invitation letters for support team.
  • Upkeep of business contracts and possible negotiations with current and new vendors.
  • Administrative duties and other duties as required as assigned.
  • Assist HR as needed.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • One-year+ experience in Office Administration.
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
