About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a growing financial services practice. This is a part-time, contract role (10–15 hours per week) ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a business, staying on top of details, and helping create a smooth, professional experience for clients.
This role is a great fit for someone who is proactive, communicative, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle client communication, including emails and follow-ups
- Prepare and organize applications, documents, and client files
- Support the insurance and financial planning process from start to finish
- Maintain accurate records and ensure everything stays organized and on track
- Assist with light marketing tasks (social media, event coordination, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support as needed
