Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website with a customer first mentality
  • Provide administrative support as needed to Sales, Marketing, and/or Accounting
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Create accurate client contracts and proposals
  • Collaborate with co-workers in multi-locations


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with database systems and MS Office Excel skills
  • Positive attitude a MUST
