This role will support the Office of the Chief Construction Officer and partner closely with leadership and the construction team on project coordination and operations support.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and project support to the construction team in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus heavily on coordinating contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation while helping ensure projects stay organized and moving forward.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with leadership, vendors, and project managers. A large portion of this role involves tracking approvals, following up on outstanding items, maintaining reports and logs, and helping manage multiple moving pieces across ongoing construction projects.
