Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Austin, TX, with opportunities to work from home on occasion. The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations, perform clerical tasks, manage phone and email communications, schedule appointments, and assist with executive administrative duties. Responsibilities include maintaining organized accounting systems, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth office workflows.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including maintaining records and managing documentation
  • Strong Accounting Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and client interactions
  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and supporting senior leadership
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
