You will be the Administrate Assistant Sr for the Combat Systems team which is responsible for providing executive administrative support to leadership and ensuring seamless operations.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Administrate Assistant Sr you will be responsible for delivering high‑impact administrative services that keep the Combat Systems leadership focused on mission success.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Prioritize workload and safeguard confidential proprietary data.
  • Screen, triage, and route telephone calls and meeting requests for directors and team members.
  • Coordinate travel plans, process domestic and international expense reports, and manage hospitality requests.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule dynamic meetings, prepare documents, and track project status.
  • Provide administrative coverage, set up meetings, and input visitor management data.

You are a proactive, collaborative professional with exceptional organizational skills and a high proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You navigate Lockheed‑Martin systems such as PCARD and LM Travel with ease, anticipate needs, and consistently deliver precise administrative support that drives team efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience providing Administrative support
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience providing event support, managing email, scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
- Experience with travel planning and coordination, and submitting expense reports
- LM Travel System, or equivalent
- LM Visitor Management System, or equivalent
Desired Skills:
- Excellent written/verbal skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience using teleconference and video conference tools
- Effective organizational skills and strong analysis and attentive to detail skills
- Demonstrated effective organizational and problem solving skills
- Experience multi-tasking with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks
- Managing and coordinating executive visits and tours

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
