Position Announcement
Utah Valley University offers adjunct instructors in K–12 Education Leadership the chance to shape the next generation of school leaders in a setting that values practical expertise as much as academic rigor. In this role, you’ll guide graduate students—whether they’re pursuing a master’s degree or a state-approved licensure certificate—through the theories, frameworks, and real-world applications that define effective educational leadership today. Your background in administration and leadership becomes a catalyst for helping emerging leaders build confidence, sharpen judgment, and prepare for the complex demands of modern schools.
What makes this opportunity compelling is UVU’s commitment to accessible, high-quality education and its strong connection to the communities it serves. Adjunct instructors join a collaborative environment where professional experience is respected, teaching is student-centered, and innovation is encouraged. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to extend your impact beyond your own school or district, this role lets you invest in future administrators who will carry forward the values and practices that strengthen K–12 education.
