Summary of Responsibilities

Teach graduate-level courses in educational leadership, including but not limited to leadership theory, school administration, policy analysis, and organizational change.
Develop and deliver course materials, including syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments that focus on practical, hands-on leadership development for students.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and other academic activities as required.

Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications

Master’s Degree (or Doctorate) in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Demonstrated experience in educational leadership roles, such as school principal, district administrator, or similar positions.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Part-time: waives 100 percent of tuition and general student fees for up to 3 credit hours or 1 course after 6 consecutive months of employment and a minimum of 480 hours worked (dependents do not qualify)
- Adjunct: waives 100 percent of tuition and general student fees for one course per semester in which there is an active teaching assignment at the university (dependents do not qualify)
