Adjunct faculty who are currently employed for four to eight semesters may be granted 50% tuition reduction.


About This Role

The College is currently searching for adjunct ESL Instructors to teach part-time within the College's School of Humanities, Social Sciences, English, and ESL. The adjunct instructor will be responsible for teaching ESL classes in writing, grammar, reading, and academic discussion. Instructors who are bilingual in Spanish and English are also needed to teach bilingual sections.What You'll Need

Required / Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or closely related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.

Demonstrated ability to interact with a culturally diverse population and to effectively and respectfully function and communicate within the context of varying beliefs, behaviors, orientations, identities, and cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience teaching English for Academic Purposes to adults.
