B2B Sales Representative

We’re looking for a motivated B2B Sales Rep who thrives in the field and knows how to turn outreach into results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting local businesses, managing a pipeline, and working independently.

What You’ll Do

• Visit and engage businessesthrough outbound and door‑to‑door outreach
• Manage leads in Salesforceand guide prospects through the process
• Build strong relationshipsusing customer service and recruiting skills
• Solve problems on the spotand work across multiple tech systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Field sales experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is a plus.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in the field.
• Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.

Work Environment

This role involves working in the field four days a week and one day from home. Candidates would ideally live near Fargo or Grand Forks.

The position offers uncapped commission, mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense.

This is a Contract position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
