Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer to join a high-performing Applications Development team supporting a large-scale banking and financial services environment. This role involves building and enhancing AML, fraud detection, and compliance solutions using the Actimize platform in a fast-paced, Agile setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Actimize modules such as IFM, RCM, ActOne, and AIS
• Develop and maintain Actimize components using Java and Actimize APIs
• Build and customize rules, profiles, and alert logic for transaction monitoring
• Develop workflows and case management processes within Actimize
• Extend and manage Actimize Data Model (ADM) based on business needs
• Participate in Agile development, code reviews, and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Support system design, development, testing, and implementation activities
• Perform unit and integration testing and ensure high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Actimize Development
• Strong expertise in Actimize modules (IFM, RCM, ActOne, AIS)
• Experience in rule development, alert generation, and workflow customization
• Solid understanding of Actimize Data Model (ADM) and schema extensions
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into technical solutions
• Expertise in alert tuning, false-positive reduction, and risk scoring models
• Experience integrating Actimize with enterprise and third-party systems
• Strong experience with Java development
• Hands-on experience with Unit and Integration Testing
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working in banking or financial services domain
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments
